Russia needs some Filipino Workers

Russia is currently looking for some skilled and professional Filipino workers. Skilled workers such as technician, electrician, and welder; and professional workers such as office staff and engineers are particularly needed in the country.

The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration statistic show that there are about 1,274 new hires and rehires in Russia in 2005.

Last April, Russia looked for Filipino constructions workers such as welders with specialization in pipe welding, pipe inspector or supervisor and pipe fitters to check if the pipe are precisely connected and placed in the right position.

These workers worked under the supervision of Daewoo E & C Co., Ltd, which is one of the major companies who have the interest to do business in Russia particularly in building construction and oil platforms constructions.
